The Pathway

A Three-Part Discipleship Program

1

WIFE READY

Wife Ready is a six-week discipleship curriculum designed to prepare women for marriage from a place of wholeness, wisdom, and spiritual maturity. Over six weeks, women grow confident in their identity and worth in Christ alone while intentionally healing from past trauma, rejection, and unhealthy relational patterns. This curriculum reframes being a wife as a sacred responsibility, not merely a title, and equips women to discern wisely and choose well. Wife Ready cultivates spiritually grounded, prayerful, and emotionally healthy women who understand marriage as a covenant partnership before God.

LEAD READY

Lead Ready is a six-week discipleship curriculum designed to prepare men for the sacred responsibility of marriage and family leadership. Over the course of six weeks, men will confront and heal from past wounds—including father issues, anger, any sexual brokenness—while gaining a clear, biblical understanding of headship as service, sacrifice, and stewardship. This curriculum equips men to lead spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and practically, grounding them in prayer, wisdom, and integrity. Lead Ready reframes marriage as a covenant responsibility before God, forming men who are prepared to cover their future wives and families with godly leadership rooted in wholeness and purpose.

MARRIAGE READY

Marriage Ready is a six-week premarital discipleship course facilitated in a small-group setting by a seasoned married couple, created for seriously dating and engaged couples who desire to build a Christ-centered foundation before the wedding day. This course provides a structured and guided space to explore biblical covenant, communication, conflict resolution, finances and sexual intimacy, while addressing real-life marital challenges with wisdom and grace. Through guided conversations, and practical application, couples are equipped to move beyond wedding planning and intentionally prepare for a lifelong partnership. Marriage Ready helps couples enter marriage aligned spiritually, emotionally, and relationally—establishing a foundation that strengthens their union and supports a healthy, God-honoring marriage.

  • Conflict resolution styles - highlighting approaches to disagreements and strategies for handling them well.

  • Expectations and roles - clarifying assumptions about marriage, family, finances, and responsibilities.

  • Spiritual foundation - exploring shared faith and values.

  • Personal well-being - looking at the emotional health, past wounds, and individual readiness for marriage.

Marital Readiness Report

Upon completion of Marriage Ready and the SYMBIS Assessment, the officiating pastor receives a Marital Readiness Report, which offers:

  • A high-level overview of the couples’ preparation journey

  • Key strengths and areas of growth

  • Confirmation of readiness for covenant

This creates clarity, alignment, and confidences for pastoral oversight.
